How do you return your rental? When you receive your rental you will receive a prepaid shipping label and a full guide on how to return your rental.
- How much is shipping and where do you ship to? Shipping is included! We Ship within the United States.
- What is the minimum rental period and how do I select my date? We require a minimum rental period of three days. Under each product is an area to select your dates.
- Why are some dates not available to select? Some dates may be blocked off because we require at least 14 days of notice to reserve. They may also be blocked off for dry cleaning.
- What happens if I am late returning my rental? You are charged a daily late fee as if it was booked an additional day.
- What happens if I damage my rental and what should I do? If you damage your rental you will have to replace the gown with a minimum fee of $250.Please contact us for a resolve!
- Can I get my rental wet? Yes, we ask that you be mindful of the water the gown will be in. We also ask that you allow the gown to hang dry before shipping back.
- Are there any areas I should avoid with my rental? We ask that you avoid red clay , mud, and smoke bombs. This can result in a replacement fee!
