Q: Can I rent a gown for my wedding or special event?
A: Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of gowns for rental. Browse our collection to find the perfect gown for your wedding or special event. Each rental gown has been meticulously maintained to ensure the highest quality.

Q: Are there gowns available for purchase?
A: Yes, we have a select range of gowns available for purchase. These are ideal for those who wish to keep their gown as a memento of their special day. Our available-to-purchase gowns are listed separately on our website.

Q: What is the pre-order option, and how does it work?
A: Our pre-order option allows you to reserve a gown before it's available for general rental or purchase. This is particularly useful for securing our most popular styles or new arrivals. Simply place a deposit or pay in full (depending on the gown) to secure your pre-order.

Q: How do I return my rental?
A: When you receive your rental, you will also receive a prepaid shipping label and a full guide on how to return your rental. Follow the instructions for a hassle-free return.

Q: How much is shipping, and where do you ship to?
A: Shipping is included in the rental price! We currently ship within the United States.

Q: What is the minimum rental period, and how do I select my date?
A: We require a minimum rental period of three days. Under each gown listing on our website, there is an area to select your rental dates.

Q: Why are some dates not available to select?
A: Some dates may be blocked off because we require at least 15 days of notice to reserve, or they may be set aside for dry cleaning and maintenance of the gown to ensure it's in perfect condition for your event.

Q: What happens if I am late returning my rental?
A: If a rental is returned late, you will be charged a daily late fee equivalent to an additional day's rental.

Q: What happens if I damage my rental, and what should I do?
A: If you damage your rental, please contact us immediately for resolution. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be required to pay a minimum fee of $250 for replacement or repair. 

Q: Can I get my rental wet?
A: Yes, you may get your rental gown wet. However, we ask that you be mindful of the type of water and allow the gown to hang dry before shipping it back to avoid additional damage or fees.

Q: Are there any areas I should avoid with my rental?
A: Yes, please avoid areas with red clay, mud, and smoke bombs. These substances can cause irreparable damage and may result in a replacement fee.

Q: Do you offer alterations for purchased gowns?
A: Yes, we offer minor alterations to ensure your gown fits perfectly if being purchased.  Please schedule a fitting session at least 10 weeks before your event. Additional charges may apply for significant alterations. 

Q: How do I return my rental gown after the event?
A: Return instructions will be provided with your rental. Typically, gowns should be returned on the first business day after your event using the pre-paid return packaging provided.
